Struttura abbastanza centrale e in una zona comoda per spostarsi e piena di locali, la casa è estremamente graziosa, bagno piccolo ma funzionale
Ci sono problemi con alcune prese elettriche e con le serrande che non funzionano adeguatamente, doccia scomoda per persone molto alte
