It has novelty, being a converted horse-box with a chemical toilet.
The location was handy to the Fishbourne Roman Palace, two pubs, bus and train stops.
It was a moderately long walk to the supermarket.
The train station was small and only had one train per hour.

it was cosy , well equipped for what i needed with my 2 dogs, owners were very accommodating in keeping their dogs in so mine could use the garden freely, also good knowledge of area to walk the dogs , videos on how to use equipment were helpful

The host Rose was very pleasant and tried very hard to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was easily reachable during our stay when we had a question. Check-in was easy and there were several videos to assist with the facilities. The location of the venue suited our needs as we were visiting West Wittering beach. The fact we could stay with our 2 dogs at no extra charge was a bonus.
Unfortunately, the main property is undergoing building works so the site had evidence as such, including a skip. The grounds around the converted horse box needed a good tidy up. Some of the garden furniture was broken. The chickens next to the horse box made sitting outside unpleasant due to the odour. The noise from the main road impacted on our sleep.
