The property is ideally located in the CBD, with convenient access to a variety of fast-food outlets and retail stores. It is also situated within approximately 3 km of Green Point, Sea Point, and the V&A Waterfront, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities.
The 12th floor appears to be occupied by individuals who smoke cannabis, as there is a noticeable smell of marijuana in the corridor and, at times, inside the room. Additionally, the air conditioning unit produces a loud fan noise when switched on, which may require maintenance or inspection.

Apartamento devidamente equipado para as nossas necessidades de acomodação. Por outro o Mesmo encontra-se no centro de tudo, com fácil acesso a transportes, a qualquer hora do Dia.
O cheiro das fumaças dos vizinhos de porta entrando no AP, bem como a limpeza inicial. Teve atraso na limpeza inicial e não foi bem feita.

It had everything I needed since I was there for both and leisure
The only thing that was a bit of problem was when we had to use one key
When I clearly stated we are a couple . The code thing wasn’t working for a couple of days
And we would come back from work in different times

Very peaceful, clean and I enjoy the view. Close to facilities.
The door was not locking inside. I slept with unlocked door throughout my stay, tried to reach out to the owner several times with no luck. Unreachable owner
Smelly blankets and pillows. Hairdryer was not working
