Studio en plein cœur de South Pi

La casa è molto piccola, ma dotata di tutto l’essenziale. La posizione è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e permette di spostarsi facilmente in città.

La doccia perde veramente tanto.

La estación de metro está al lado, las instalaciones super ,la cama cómoda, la cocina bien equipada para hacerte el desayuno o algo fácil de cocinar. Televisión con las aplicaciones Netflix, YouTube, etc. Estancia tranquila, silenciosa en el bajo de un patio. La atención y servicio del propietario fue espléndida.

La cama está en un altillo con una escalera empinada. Las almohadas muy blandas algo incómodas. Lo peor y un problema grande y incómodo, cada vez que te duchas todo el agua se escapa de las mamparas al suelo del baño, hasta 1 cm de agua lo cuál se convierte en una enorme charca de agua peligroso tras salir de ducharte! Agua por todo que luego pisoteas por todo el salón, es incómodo, parece un estanque de agua. No hay cubo con mopa para poder secarla y el agua se queda ahí estancada. Era una gran pesadilla cada vez que llegaba el momento de ducharme. Opte por tener que poner la toalla en el suelo para que frenará de que el agua saliera al salón.

The location was great! Super close to the train, grocery stores, and food places. It was nice having a kitchen and living space as well. The host was very responsive as well.

The bathroom was TINY! It is 48" x 48" total, so the shower was 24"x24" which was WAY too small to fit well especially for my husband. They also only provided 2 towels and 1 hand towel, so we didn't have any brush to scrub the dishes or towel to dry them with. We had a 1/4 paper towel roll and 2 toilet paper rolls, so those ran out pretty quickly during our 4-day stay. The pillows on the bed were pretty uncomfortable as well. If the shower was bigger and they provided more towels, it would have been better for sure!

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants, cafes, bars etc and super easy access to a metro stop. Owner was responsive and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy.

Many of the property’s amenities were not working properly. The shower leaked all over the floor anytime you used it and didn’t drain properly. No spare towels were provided beyond the two for my friend and I to use during our stay, so we had to buy paper towels to get the floor dry each day. The air conditioning unit didn’t work and our stay was in the middle of a heat wave, so it was very uncomfortable at night. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for two people to use during a five night stay. There was a cooking unit and sink in the property, but the dish soap was almost out and there was no clean sponge or brush for us to use to clean out dishes. There was construction happening outside of the unit’s window each morning, which is, of course, outside of the owner’s control, but we were not informed of this ahead of our stay and this ruined any hopes for sleeping in.
