Our group of six adults just spent 12 unforgettable days at this stunning villa, and "perfect" doesn't even begin to cover it. If you’re looking for the ultimate Murcia getaway, look no further! The Villa & Location Spacious & Comfortable: Even with six adults, we never felt cramped. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying great communal areas. Breathtaking Views: The sea view is simply world-class. On the large terrace not only waking up to that horizon every morning was the but also sunsets and barbecues highlight of our trip. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. We were central to all the main happenings and nightlife, yet close enough to all the essential commodities (shops, cafes, and transport). Everything was right at our fingertips! ### The Gold Standard of Hosting What truly made this trip special was our host. From the moment we booked, they were “super heartfelt” and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time possible. Always Available: Whether it was a quick text or a phone call, they answered almost instantly at any time of day. Instant Connection: Their warmth and hospitality were so genuine that by day three, it felt like we were staying with an old friend rather than a host. They went above and beyond to help with every little request. Bottom line: We left with heavy hearts but amazing memories. We’re already checking our calendars to see when we can come back!

Good size rooms, whole house was clean and tidy, well equipped, plenty of towels, excellent location, superb large terrace overlooking sea, good access to shops and restaurants. Hosts were very polite and helpful

Plastic living room table is very light (had a few drink spillages when cutting a baguette)😊. Power frequently tripped if oven and hob used, while water heater was on.

The property is in a fabulous location overlooking the Mar Menor. The promenade and beach are literally in front of the property.. The property has a really large terrace - ideal for barbecues and sunbathing and lovely to sit and look out over the sea. Mario and his wife are fabulous hosts. Mario was kind enough to pick up our son from the train station on arrival into Murcia and bring him to the property and then waited for us to arrive so he could show us around property and provide suggestions on good restaurants to go to and places of interest. He also let us check out late as we had evening flights. Both he and his wife were very good in communicating with us both before and during our stay. The property is well equipped and has everything you need for a lovely holiday.

The property has a lot of security measures which need to be in place before going out which took a bit of getting used to but didn’t detract from the holiday.
