Very, very clean and very comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally, it would be a place where you could stay a little bit longer. I only stayed one night for a business trip as I needed to have meetings in the neighborhood near there.
The only downside for me was a little bit of noise from the traffic because the exit from the Queensboro Bridge is nearby and New Yorkers like to honk and express themselves during traffic!

Location, size of the room, facilities, quick reply when there’s an issue.
Few things were missed to make it perfect stay: room floor wasn’t brushed/ hoovered when we arrived. Corridors were messy as they were building works in the progress. Lift didn’t work most of the time. Corridors were quite loud- there should be sign to keep it quiet. 30 min before check out we took rubbish out and our door codes stopped working! Managed to find property manager to let us in.

The apartment was really clean and exactly as shown in the photos.
The position is actually perfect, a very safe neighbourhood, the Subway it’s 5 min walking and you can reach Central Park with a 15 minute walk. You’ve got everything you need in the surroundings.
The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you may need. I read multiple reviews saying it’s noisy due to the traffic, actually it’s not. It’s NYC you should expect some noise. Of course if you leave in the countryside in the middle of nowhere yeah it’s noisy compared to your place.
The host was really helpful when needed and the communication was smooth. Will surely book this again on my next trip to NYC.

La zona es muy cómoda si no te molesta estar un poco más lejos del quilombo. Es de super fácil acceso, nos la pasamos caminando porque al toque llegabamos a la 5ta y empezabamos a bajar para movernos por el centro. Si queres tomarte el subte al toque tenes bajadas en la 3ra avenida o en Lexington Avenue. Estas en la ciudad sin estar en la boca del quilombo. Hay ruido de tráfico constantemente y es lógico porque Nueva York es así. El apartamento estaba súper equipado y toda la estadía fue muy cómoda. Hicieron temperaturas muy frías y nevó y no pasamos frío.
