Prelep zelen i tih komšiluk. Minijaturni stančić za komforno noćenje, sa jako udobnim krevetom, čist, sa svim osnovnim parametrima. Dobra i predusretljiva vlasnica. Iako u prizemlju, prozori mogu da se otvore i da ne postoji osećaj nelagodnosti, zbog dobre pozicije stana u okviru zgrade (zavučeno, sa zelenom površinom ispred, gde niko ne prolazi i susedni prozori ne gledaju tuda). Ako posećujete Rakovicu ili Banjicu, i uglavnom planirate da budete napolju - ova varijanta je odlična za nekoliko dana čak. Check-out je samostalan (loker)
Ništa kritično, stan samo nije nov novcijat, ali smatram da za tu cenu ovo nije uopšte pitanje.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Die kleine Küche ist klug ausgestattet und vor allem das Bett war sehr bequem. Von der Gastgeberin wurde ich sehr nett empfangen und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich war fast eine Woche dort und plane schon bald meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.
Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng.
