Very close to stadium and casino.
It lacked some basic amenities (shower gel) -empty - no hair conditioner and the whole place (especially the bathrooms) could use a good scrubbing . Many light bulbs were burnt out and the front foyer was very very dirty - not a great first impression

The property management company was nice and responsive. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The neighborhood was nice but not very central to activities.
The building is a beautiful, historic multilevel home that has so much potential but has not been well maintained. There was an old, broken dishwasher right in the front of the entrance the entire time we were these. There was a broken wine glass and a full ashtray with old disheveled patio furniture on the front porch the entire weekend we were these. The interior of the unit was decently clean but the walls are dirty with unfinished dry wall patches and broke hardware. The furniture is a cobbled together hodgepodge and just feels over all sloppy and barebones.
