Comfortable warm bungalow.

For us the location was perfect (near my mum), and the self check-in instructions very clear. The bungalow was scrupulously clean. It has good sized bedrooms and lounge, with smaller kitchen and utility room. All necessary equipment was included. Plenty of large soft towels, excellent heating and lots of hot water. We were very comfortable.

We chose not to use the parking at the back of the house - the access lane is narrow and turning space too limited for our people carrier. But there's plenty of parking on the residential roads.

Ideal location and lovely cottage , a great stay

Was very clean and beds were lovely. Cottage is in an ideal location , not far from Prestatyn town centre. Cottage had plenty of space and loved the little welcome guide. I would highly recommend We stayed over Christmas time and the owners put up a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise.

Nothing. Parking at the back is abit tight , especially getting out however very grateful for free parking and if you had a bigger car could park on the side road.

Perfect location, right by friends we was visiting for the weekend having travelled over 3 hours, being a family that stayed, was close distance to the beach as described so kept them fully entertained all day, shops also close distance. Great communication from hosts making it a smooth easy access.

Warm and clean. Good WIFI and large telly. Comfy beds, lots of towels, lovely bathroom with good shower

Some bedroom lamps not working. Lack of kitchen utensils and poor lighting in the kitchen We should have done more research but went on the photos of the area on the property details which were actually central beach Prestatyn whereas property closer to Rhyl We travel by train and it’s quite a distance to central beach and Prestatyn town centre which meant additional costs with buses and taxis.

Lovely place to stay

Good location easy walk to Prestatyn nice to have enough bedrooms to give the kids some of their own space

A lovely quiet spot close to everything we needed.

The property was lovely. The rooms were perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen was cozy and tended to be our gathering spot although the living room was a fair size and lovely as well. The view of the front garden from the front bedroom and living room was very lovely, calming and peaceful.

Although the directions and the sat nav were spot on, it was a little difficult to find the parking in the back. I kept missing the entrance to the alley behind the houses. Once I knew it was easy as anything, but finding it the first time took some time.

Had a relaxing stay

Amazing location. Walking distance to the beach. We stayed as a family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was very clean and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pretty good internet and tv. Overall our stay was great. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

It didn’t bother us a lot but it would be nice to have a handle on the toilet door so we could keep the door closed from outside.

A perfect stay closer to all local amenities

This property is a stunning three bed with everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s very clean, comfortable, home from home.

There’s a little side road/path at the rear of the property which can be tight to reverse down to park the car but once you get the hang of it, it’s perfectly fine.

A welcome haven for weary walkers

Lovely comfy beds and bedding and a great shower. Very important after a hard day's walking. Nice lounge and huge TV to relax in. Parking for 2 cars at the back. Spotlessly clean and a good location

Some more kitchen equipment would be nice, bowls for salad etc

Great location for the beach and Rhyl which is a couple minutes on the bus, spotless throughout and had everything you need for a home from home stay Bowling alley up the road and plenty of places to eat and drink in the area
