I was confused on how to access the property but customer service was very helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until I was actually inside the property. Her sunny disposition made me very happy that I called for the intervention, Hats Off!
Too close to the walking of the local pets, there was one instance of where someone allowed their dog to go to the bathroom on the grass in the front yard, right infront of the door.
