A house with good seaviews. Good size of the spaces in the house (only the pool a little bit narrow). Airconditioning OK and with towels etc. a little bit like the feeling of a hotel.

It seems to be a high level villa. Originally it was. But not everything is in a good condition. The white furniture in and outside is a little bit dirty. The shower and elevator in the ground are nog properly cleaned. A lot of lockers of windows/doors don’t work properly. Broken tile on the floor of the bedroom. Some of the little tiles of the pool ar out. The (small) garden is not perfect maintained. Some electricity points are “provisionally” repaired. Some mould at the floor of the fitness area. Damage on the wall of the master bedroom. The general feeling is OK - but when you look at alot of details - things can improve. Because the house is on the hill, you have to take the car. And there is not a lot of parking space in Roses/near the beaches.

Die Lage ist echt wunderschön. Das Haus am Hang hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht. Schöne Einrichtung. Der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend, Für mehrere Gäste (2 Familien) ideal!

Der Jacuzzi funktionierte erst am letzten Tag und dann war aber das Wasser kalt. Türen konnten teilweise nicht geschlossen werden. Sie waren jedoch sehr bemüht und freundlich. Hausmeister konnte leider nur französisch (wir mussten uns mit Händen und Füßen verständigen), dadurch waren einige Funktionen, die er uns erklären wollte, nicht klar für uns (Klimaanlagenfunktion).
