This newly renovated home, featuring a heated pool and lush tropical landscaping in a quiet neighborhood, is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the spacious open-concept living area, all on a single level.
Pelican Paradise boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The master bedroom, featuring a King bed, opens directly to the pool deck via double sliding doors. The en-suite bathroom is generously sized with double sinks and a shower. The other two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—along with a hallway bathroom, are located on the opposite side of the living room, providing privacy and tranquility for both the master bedroom occupants and the rest of the guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. While cooking, you won’t miss out on any entertainment or socializing with your group, nor on keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool or partying on the deck. The living room, office, kitchen, dining room, and pool area are seamlessly connected, allowing you to enjoy every moment with your family and friends.
The garage is stocked with essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, and a variety of pool toys, including noodles and floaters. There's also space to park your vehicles, and if you brought your own kayak or jet skis, there's room to store those as well.

We had an excellent stay at this property in Bonita Springs. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and furnished with modern, comfortable furniture throughout. One feature we really appreciated was having TVs in every room, which made it easy for everyone to relax and unwind after a day out.The pool was fantastic and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the property. We also enjoyed using the grill several evenings, making it easy to cook meals and spend quality time together outdoors.We experienced no issues during our stay. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing vacation. If you're considering staying here, I would highly recommend it.For future travelers, I'd suggest planning for some pool time and taking advantage of the outdoor grilling area—it really adds to the overall experience. We would gladly stay here again.
