The house was wonderful, but I didn’t see that I had to request pool heating a week in advance and pay extra for it until I received my check in instructions the day before. The additional information required by good night stay was confusing, and apparently didn’t work the first time I entered it, and I never got a confirmation it was received so I just had to hope my reservation was still good.

We had a great time at the cactus house and would recommend anyone stay there. Some pool noodles would be a nice touch for something to float on :)

Neighborhood very nice,quiet & location was great.The kitchen appliances were wonderful, but only 3 small pans to cook with and 2 pyrex baking pans. Plenty of regular dishes & silverware. In one kitchen draw was a pile of other peoples mail, some from Mayo Clinic, this should of been taken out of the house for their privacy. Mini refig didn't work, we sent you pics of the temp and error code and no response from you. Pictures on the website showed a fire pit and TV on the outside patio area, they are not there. We sent photos again per your request of the info in the 3 ring welcome book on the kitchen table talking about these two items and you did not reply back of us. We would never rent a house with only one TV. The master bedroom closet is huge, but had no clothing rod or shelves in it, just a portable laundry rack on wheels, that was unstable. We emailed you about this and a man showed up with hangers, which was helpful, but still the rack felt unstable. This closet needs to be finished.The second bedroom with the king bed has a glass patio door leading to the pool area. The door lock is broke. For safety please check into that. The house was very dusty, the top of the living room lamps and dust rolls under the master bed and all of the closet floors. This was very noticable. The floor was dirty the bottoms of our feet and socks would be black in a very short time. The pool maintenance person came and put the vacuum in but never returned to remove it. More towels needed
