Loloma is a relaxed stunning single-level home that offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, nestled in a prime location between the lake and 350 meters walk away from the pristine shores of North Avoca Beach it has all the modern comforts and more for your next holiday.
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a perfect entertaining environment. Outside you can enjoy the alfresco seating area, pool, and sauna. The master suite with king bed contains a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed while the third has two single beds with a trundle. The master bathroom is found between bedrooms two and three with a separate powder room off the pool area.
On request Loloma is a pet friendly property and while we love to have pets with us on holidays there are some conditions that apply to help respect and have a well-maintained property. Pets are not permitted inside any of the bedrooms or on any furniture or cushions.
Max of 1 pets up to 12kg each.

*Double lock up garage; maximum of 1 pet during stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we could ever need for our family of 4 (6yo and 3yo). It was safe for the troublesome 3yo and in a good location for heading off to nearby beaches.
