About this house rental
Enjoy Breathtaking views on the 280 deck, or take a long soak in the Hot tub Watching deer and elk roam below or nighttime stars shine brightly, unobstructed from the city lights.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The home has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. The master and two other bedrooms are located upstairs. The master comes equipped with a king size bed and its own en suite bath. Two additional rooms upstaris with Queen beds that share a full bathroom off the hallway. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower and a large closet. The very large couch on the lower level that has slept many children in the past.
KITCHEN AND DINING: This modern western kitchen is a foodies paradise. The cook in your family will love the stainless steel appliances, island cooktop and ample room for family meals. The island bar counter seats 4+ for keeping the cook on track, and a dining table that seats 8 comfortably. The deck has seating and a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor meals.
LIVING AREA: The living area is outfitted with a stone fireplace, 2 couchs and coffee table. The views from the large windows are incredible! There is access to the deck off the living room. Downstairs is a walk out basement. There is another living area with a TV, couch and plenty of games, ping pong/ hoops with the family! Also a mini fridge and sink for keeping downstairs stocked with goodies.
LAUNDRY/MUDROOM: Lots of storage and space for skis, fly fishing gear or whatever adventure you are on.
SETTING, ACREAGE, AND VIEWS: The House is at foothills of the Gallatin Mountain Range near the mouth of the Gallatin River canyon. The views from this property will last a lifetime.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Enjoy the massive deck off the main level for some Montana vibes, Hot Tub off the Main deck.
Lower patio for shade, fire pit, swing set for kids, small play "fort" and 20 acres of privacy (except the deer and elk)
ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Fishing, hiking, skiing and whitewater rafting are nearby. There are great hiking trailheads within the canyon. Access to Forest service is an easy ATV drive away.
Big Sky and Moonlight Basin Ski areas are about 30 minutes away. Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful 90 minutes away.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation to Montana. We wanted to be in the center of our "to experience" list. This location was perfect. 1 1/2 hours from Yellowstone West entrance, 20 minutes from white water rafting (Gallatin River), 1 hour from great fly fishing in Ennis (Madison River); 40 minutes from riding ATVs in the mountains (Big Sky). Easy check-in, bonus that mule deer roam the property & a couple of friendly cats. Quiet location and great views. Kitchen was well stocked. Family room down stairs was perfect for evening ping pong matches. The nights were chilly when we visited, so having access to the hot tub was great. Not far to Bozeman with plenty of restaurants.

The property was beautiful and had many activities in the area. There were also games and a hot tub for the time spent at the house. The owner was prompt in responding to me when I had questions. I highly recommend booking this house if you are going to Big Sky or doing other activities in the area.

My partner wanted to go to Montana for his 40th birthday and wanted to stay "somewhere that you can see mountains when you look out the windows". This was the perfect spot! We had 6 adults and it was perfect for us! Amy was very repsonsive when I had a couple questions, it was great. The location was central and perfect as we traveled to Bozeman to West Yellowstone! We saw so many deer throughout our drive to the house and it was amazing. I would definately recommend this house to anyone and would come back for sure! Thank you Amy and your family for opening your home to us! We created so many memories here and Ryan had a wonderful birthday! Thank you
