The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed with an additional seating area for 2, an enormous walk-in closet, and direct access to the sun room. The 2 additional bedrooms offer queen size beds with ample closet space for all your belongings. The dining room and living room are spacious enough to gather the entire family and enjoy meals prepared in the updated kitchen. Get competitive in the sun room over a game of pool or ping pong! And if you missed it in the title, you can unwind or have a blast in the heated saltwater pool. The pool is fully enclosed so you and your family or friends do not have to worry about fighting off the bugs during your time in the pool.

We went to healing school at River at Tampa Bay church for two weeks. This beautiful home provided a quiet place to study, relax and cook our own meals.As I bring more people to Tampa for this experience, I hope to stay again and again.

Quiet neighborhood and tidy house. We had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and jacuzzi tub were very enjoyable. Host responded immediately to questions. The game room was a great added bonus to keep everyone entertained.

We traveled to Tampa from South Carolina to surprise our daughter for her 21st birthday. This house was just as described in VRBO. The owner was very easy to contact and responded promptly and professionally if I had any questions. We were very busy planning our daughter's surprise party, but the time we spent at the location was wonderful! We invited family to share with us at the house on Saturday and the game room was the hit of the day. We were all playing pool, ping pong, and air hockey, while our youngest grandson and his mom enjoyed the pool. The house has a large front and back yard so we didn't notice anything negative about the neighborhood. Everything was very relaxed and quiet and there were no loud noises at night. If you're looking to travel to Tampa and want a family-oriented location with plenty to do, this is the place!! We will surely stay here again when in Tampa -- our best trip yet!

As we drove into the neighborhood, we passed a few gang bangers, and I didn't have a weapon for protection. We got to the house and it looked fine from the front. The inside of the house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen lacked some items for cooking. The game room was nice. I went out back to the pool and I walked into several spider webs hanging down, and the pool was green. My family and I were so disappointed. We were really looking forward to taking a swim, but we couldn't. Management was responsible, but the issue was not resolved. We booked this home in big reason for the pool, and it was not good. My wife didn't feel safe walking in the neighborhood. I expressed my concerns to the management, and they acted concerned, but they didn't resolve anything. I do not recommend this place to stay.
