Our vacation home with pond is idyllically situated on the Johannisberg in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Ideal for families who want to enjoy peace and nature.
The spacious house with secluded garden offers space to relax and play. Perfect location for hikes through vineyards, cycling tours along the Ahr and visits to wineries. Active adventurers will also get their money's worth!

The accommodation
Experience pure comfort in our charming vacation home (167 sqm) in the heart of the Ahr wine region (Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler). Nestled in the picturesque landscape, it is the perfect starting point for numerous activities in nature and in the vineyards.
With three cozy bedrooms, our house offers space for up to 6 people. A sofa bed in the living room also offers 2 additional sleeping places if required. The spacious, light-flooded bathroom with bathtub and shower enables a relaxed start to the day - always accompanied by the calming view of the greenery.
The modern kitchen is well equipped: Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge are at your disposal. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. In the wine cabinet in the living room, we are happy to keep some regional wines for you.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price, the final cleaning fee is 50 euros.
Pets are welcome - only the beds and sofas belong to the two-legged friends. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for four-legged friends.
Culinary delights are not far away either: there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The current fee is € 2 per person per night. Children up to and including the age of 5 are exempt from the fee. For children aged 6 to 17 inclusive, the contribution is € 0.80 per child per night.
