Guests will enjoy complete access to the entire home, including the outdoor pool.
Other Things to Note:
Free parking in driveway.
Parking is not allowed on the street.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

The house is clean and well laid out for a family of six. You can tell it’s a new build with the intention of being a vacation rental. The pool was INCREDIBLE and made the trip. The location is ideal for hitting all the typical Myrtle Beach activities, especially with beach access just down the road.

The positive: (Location)The house has a great location to the beach, boardwalk, many activities and attractions. The shared pool was nice as well for everyone to relace and enjoy. Overall a decent place to sleep. Drawbacks: (Space to spread out)As stated the house sleeps 8 and that is what we had in our group. It does sleep 8, but that is about all the space that you will have. If you plan to cook any meals you will have to make up space to sit and eat as there is only 6 bar stools that are available to pull up to the kitchen counter island. Others will have to stand or sit in a chair as there is no additional table inside. As a family we like to play games in the evenings such as cards or board games before crashing out and the only space availably to do this was at the end of the Kitchen island and it was just limited space. (We made it work)Things to note: (Minor issues)We did discover a few issues with the home that we asked to have resolved, but unfortunately never were addressed during our stay. Nearly half of the kitchen outlets did not work (Not a big deal just had to move some appliances to useable space on the other side)The Microwave installed above the stove would not heat I guess that is why they had a counter model as well.There were other issues, but as stated minor issues. The best part of this home is the location to the beach and boardwalk.Overall a great place to sleep.
