Bathroom 1: Shower, Toilet, Sink
Room 2: 1 bunk bed, smart TV
Room 3: 2 single beds, TV, 1 bedside table
Bathroom 2: Shower, Toilet, Sink
Living room: Modern sofa bed, smart TV, coffee table
Dining Area: Dinning table and chairs for 4
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with the appliances you will need to prepare a delicious dinner

Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property. they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler.
Our Property Undergoes Rigorous Cleaning and Sanitization According to CDC Standards. Our Dedicated Team Conducts Pre-Stay Inspections to Ensure an Impeccable Experience for You
Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure
Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.

We spent one week a Zachary’s beautiful home, where we communicated when need and he was quick with his responses. The location is great close to shopping mall, plaza, supermarkets and other food stores. I would definitely recommend here to finds and family looking for a vacation home.
