This makes it the perfect space for cooking & enjoying a meal with loved ones at our spacious dining table. Complimentary coffee & a coffee machine are provided, so you can wake up & enjoy a cup before heading out to start your day.
In the living room area, feel free to get cozy with throw blankets & enjoy your favorite shows & movies on our smart TV. If you're in the mood for game night, please feel free to find a few of our favorites stocked in the media console below the TV.
Our spacious backyard is fenced in, making it perfect to run around with young kids or your dog!
Steps away from our home, Brentwood Park is a 19-acre green space park offering a variety of amenities for residents and visitors alike. Amenities include a playground, sports fields, picnic area and walking trails. It is a great place to relax, exercise and enjoy the outdoors!

We work around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned before each guest's arrival with a disinfectant cleaner that kills 99.99% of germs. Unlike standard hotel practices, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and launder them between guests.
There is a one-time, non-refundable $325 cleaning fee.
Please be advised that the City of Raleigh is very strict with ordinances regarding short-term rentals. There are no special events, gatherings or parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 10 overnight guests and 3 cars are allowed on the property. Please keep these in mind when booking the house - thanks!
During your stay, you'll also have access to us full-time. We'll contact you the day before your arrival to help you arrange for any special needs so you can have the best experience possible!

Host was awesome!!! House is beautiful and spacious. We celebrated our granddaughters college graduation. We never had enough hot water for everyone to take showers. But over all I would stay again. Thank you so much!!!!

The property was just as described, clean, well appointed kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms. The hosts were extremely helpful and prompt with responses. It appeared that the home was very recently renovated and new to the vrbo market. I would definitely recommend if needing multiple sleeping areas which were all very nicely appointed with comfortable mattresses/linens. For future consideration for the hosts I would recommend adding barstools in the kitchen for additional seating and replacing the bright white light bulbs in the fixtures with warm lighting and dimmers. There is a fenced backyard but really unusable with no seating/patio or areas to relax.
