Wake up to serene views from the 16'x16' balcony overlooking the pool and pond. The ensuite marble bathroom, complete with a shower and sink, adds a touch of elegance to your stay. The room is also equipped with a 65" wall-mounted smart TV for your entertainment.
The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, ensuring every guest enjoys a restful night's sleep. The additional bathrooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need so you can unwind after a day of exploration.

In addition to the home being breathtakingly beautiful, it was stocked with everything you would need. It was immaculately clean and had the most comfortable beds and furniture. The view of the water from the very large windows was stunning. The host was totally kind and helpful. The

While coming to NY for a family wedding we chose this VRBO because of location and amenities. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the residence and the thought and consideration the hosts put in to everything. The listing is understated and it does not relay the hosts generosity and exceptional communication. We never thought about taking a family vacation to NY, but after staying here, we will be returning to stay at this home.This has exceeded every expectation of a VRBO and has set a standard for what we hope to see whenever we travel. Not 5 stars…the get 6 stars.

Michaels house is lovely and well appointed. It has everything there that you could need. The view of the pond is charming. We saw two bald eagles on the ice! His couch is so very comfortable! Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed quiet family time in this beautiful home. Michael was easy to work with and he responded quickly to9 all our concerns. Would highly recommend the pond house.
