New chalet, combining authenticity of wood and contemporary furniture giving a warm and cosy atmosphere. The large bay windows allow you to admire a panoramic view of the Mt Blanc and Fiz ranges. The chalet offers top-of-the-range comfort and high quality services. It is located in an authentic, quiet setting close to nature.
Ideally located between Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and Megève, less than 5 minutes by car from shops and ski lifts.
The architecture on 3 levels allows everyone to have their privacy or to meet with others in a large warm and friendly common space.
The first floor includes an entrance with large cupboards, a separate toilet, then a large living and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. The many bay windows allow you to admire the sumptuous landscapes. The outdoor terrace faces Mont Blanc and the large balconies allow you to admire the various mountain ranges.
The garden level offers 2 double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. A 3rd double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds share a bathroom with bathtub. The laundry room with the machines and a separate toilet are also on this level.
The first floor consists of a large double bedroom, a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Fiz, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a mezzanine with a reading area and a view of the peaks of Mt Blanc.
A garage and an independent ski room with 12 boot dryers, 12 glove dryers and rack to store skis and snowboards complete the property.
The chalet is one of 4 high-end chalets, recently built on a private road, with no dead end and therefore no passage.
