Welcome to your coastal escape at Sand Dunes Resort! This 4th-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. With a full kitchen and thoughtful furnishings throughout, you'll feel right at home. Whether you're here to explore Myrtle Beach or simply unwind by the pool or ocean, our condo offers the perfect base for your beach vacation.

• Minimum booking age is 25
• We do not rent to locals to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay
• Outdoor pools typically open around April 1st and close in September
• Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed to park at Sand Dunes Resort; alternate parking accommodations must be arranged
• Check-in instructions will be provided and must be picked up at our office before going to the unit
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
