• No pets allowed and no smoking inside the condo (a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply for smoking).
• Parking available for two vehicles.
• Public beach access is just a short distance away for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
