About this house rental
Enjoy the original charm and modern upgrades in our historic home in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in South Bend. Conveniently located between University of Notre Dame's campus and downtown South Bend, you will be in the heart of our community. Bright and clean, you can relax and enjoy your time at our home away from home.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
