• Monthly Rentals: Available only from October through March.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The pictures were very accurate. Check in process was easy. Initially it was a little confusing to know which of the 2 buildings to check in, but the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Upon arrival there was a strong smell, but after allowing the AC to run and spraying some Febreze, the smell went away. The rooms were nicely set up, and had plenty of space. All basic necessities were included. One of our showers did have a slow shower drain, but maintenance was quick to come by and fix the problem. The space was clean, the balcony had a great view. Our space had one plastic chair and one beach chair on the balcony, both were broken so we were unable to use, but ended up using our beach chairs so not a huge issue. Overall I would stay at this location again. It is exactly what you would expect from a budget friendly rental.

We stayed for four days and we are all college students so the location wasn’t too rough, but there are definitely people loud at the beach at night so I am not sure if it would be family friendly. My only issue is that they didn’t provide us with some things I felt which were necessities like extra toilet paper and trash bags. We had one shower with a clogged drain so showering after the beach was hard with all the sand build up, but to be fair we didn’t do anything to try to get that fixed cause we knew it was a short trip. So, overall I would stay here again, as the service was very, very friendly and understanding

The property was great, lots of room, very clean, and the electric reclining sofa was a nice touch. Was very pleased with everything and it made our vacation that much more enjoyable and we thank the host so much for allowing us the use of they're place. Thanks
