About this house rental
Welcome to Central Haus ADU, a magnificent contemporary suite in the Bavarian paradise that is Leavenworth. Three blocks from town and just minutes from Leavenworth’s Ski Hill, the home offers prime access to year-round activities and many private amenities.
Outside there’s a private hot tub ready for you to relax and unwind in after a day of exploring! Keep your mind and body in tune with a yoga session or a weight workout with access to a fitness room with a flat panel TV and yoga and exercise equipment. In home entertainment options include multiple living areas, board games, and a large flat panel TV.
While here you will find it easy to unwind in the living room with your beverage of choice or binge your favorite series on the smart TV. The large kitchen features huge counter space, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a variety of cookware for easy at-home meal planning.
The counter top breakfast bar offers mountain views and seating for three.
Enjoy a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, vaulted wooden beam ceiling and large closet. Modern bathroom with heated floor, high end fixtures, and a light filled shower.
If you’re looking for a place to adventure, Ski Hill is just a five-minute drive away and there you will find plenty of hiking and biking trails, tubing and skiing opportunities in the winter months, and a gorgeous lodge overlooking all the fun. In the summer months, you can also watch an evening show at the outdoor amphitheater located just a short walk from the lodge!

The home features a heated driveway for snow free access during the winter months. There is a garage area that is locked off as well as several other rooms and not included in this rental. No garage parking is available.

On January 24, 2017, the Leavenworth City Council adopted the new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance reiterating its existing prohibition on the rental of entire dwellings as vacation rentals. The new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance also legalized the short-term rental of a portion of a person’s home when the property owner lives on- site throughout the visitor’s stay and when the property owner obtains appropriate permits, including a business license. The property owner is also required to collect and remit necessary taxes.

All my son wanted to do was play in the snow for his birthday. We decided to come up with Leavenworth for the first time and wanted a place close to town to be able to get around easily. This place was perfect for me, my husband and son, and my parents. My son had so much fun in the backyard playing in the snow and we were comfortable on the back patio furniture. I can imagine it would be lovely in the summer as well to be able to use that built in BBQ. The electric shades were really cool, my son got a kick out of those too. We didn't end up using the jacuzzi because it was too cold out but it was a nice feature. The whole house was very spacious and even the smaller room upstairs fit the Pak-n-Play for my son to sleep in and we could get around it easily to our bed. The heated floors for the upstairs bathroom was a nice touch. The master bedroom downstairs was perfect for my elderly parents and they had a walk in shower as well. Overall it was a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. I would mention that in the winter, with all the ice and snow, it didn't feel as walkable to town as advertised but I was with 70 parents that didn't want to chance slipping and falling.

This property is an absolute gem! It is beautifully furnished and well stocked. Tasteful holiday decorations made this a perfect place to relax before the chaos of Christmas. Convenient instruction cards are placed around the home to help navigate all the appliances, fireplace and home automation for a seamless experience. Clean and comfortable beds and spa-like bathrooms. Walking distance to the main street helped avoid the parking chaos and holiday crowds. The host was very kind and made check in and out a breeze. We really couldn’t have asked for more. By far the best property we have ever stayed at.

We had a very nice time at this home. It’s clean and spacious. Modern living at this home. I liked that they had some Christmas decor and a tree. We felt really comfortable during our stay.
