Bask in the beauty of Buddina from this breezy, double balcony apartment. Soak up the ocean views from either of the 2 beautiful bedrooms and let the sounds of the sea soothe you to sleep. The light-filled living space is complete with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Watch the waves dance delicately from the back balcony or dine outside on the front facing balcony and enjoy the afternoon sun as it sets from the west. Please note bathroom 2 is currently out of order.
The Space:
Discover your perfect coastal escape in this stunning beachfront apartment. Located in Buddina, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located just steps away from pristine beaches, vibrant cafes, and boutique shops.
As you enter the apartment you will first notice the chic coastal interior complete with high-quality finishes. The western facing balcony (front balcony) lets in an abundance of beautiful sea breezes and ample natural light. Complete with electric blinds, the choice is yours as to whether you’d like to let in the stunning sunshine or close them and enjoy a cosy and cool atmosphere for reading or watching a movie. Complete with two couches, the living area offers plenty of places to unwind. If letting the beautiful sea breeze drift through isn’t enough, the apartment is air-conditioned to ensure comfort all year round.
Bedroom 1 (Master): Complete with a comfortable queen-size bed, this master suite has balcony access to and overlooks the stunning sights of Mooloolah River and the Point Cartwright River Mouth. This bedroom also features split system air-conditioning and an ensuite.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The ensuite features a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2: With access to the back balcony, bedroom two features another queen bed and stunning ocean views. Lay in bed and watch the view or laze on the balcony and see if you can spot whales, dolphins or turtles.
Bathroom 2: Please note the main bathroom is currently out of order, the ensuite is fully operational.
Laundry: There is a washer and dryer for guest use.
Nestled in a quiet complex, this apartment has shared access to a sparkling pool and communal barbecue area. Equipped with everything you need for a convenient, coastal escape, you may find yourself not wanting to leave the apartment, but if you do, we suggest taking a short, scenic walk to the historic lighthouse and explore the gorgeous rock pools below.
Guest Access:
Accessed by a lift, the apartment comes with a car park in the basement. Please note the garage height is 1.95m. Guests will also have access to the shared pool and barbecue area.
The Neighborhood:
Located in an unbeatable location, the old school 70's surf vibe of Buddina is the perfect backdrop for a beachy holiday. You are close to all that you need – great cafes at your doorstep the locals love (Twin Fins, One La Balsa, Little Miss Saine), and Kawana Shopping & Cinema (3 min drive). La Balsa Park and Kawana Surf Club are also local faves. Mooloolaba beach is close (5 min drive), as is the Wharf which is home to many fantastic restaurants & bars.
Getting Around:
Buddina is located just 15 minutes away from the Sunshine Coast Airport and 1hr 20 minutes from Brisbane. Getting around is easy, with many things in walking distance. Bring your car, park underneath and explore the area by foot.
Other Things to Note:
*Building Maintenance: Please note that body corporate building maintenance works are scheduled to commence from 1 July (weather permitting). Works include window inspections, building washing, paint preparation, and exterior painting. Contractors may require access to the apartment balcony from time to time while these works are underway. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption, however some noise and temporary inconvenience may be experienced during your stay. At this stage, no completion date has been advised.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The views are absolutely stunning and the location is ideal. We found the unit well furnished, very clean and stocked with the essentials. The check in process was easy and communication with owners was great. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very well equipped so we enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves. We had an issue with the internet in our 1st & last says, which whilst the hosts sorted quickly, this issue needs a more permanent solution to ensure 24/7 internet.Kawana shopping centre was nearby.The walks available right out the front door of the apartment are stunning.
