About this house rental
La Borie is a vacation home located in the Lot region, very close to the Périgord region, in southwestern France.
The property is housed in a large, 200-square-meter barn that has been restored and divided into two vacation rentals that sleep 6 and 8 guests (which can be rented together or separately)
The cottage has one floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- A spacious kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator-freezer, stove, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
- The living room: with sofas, dining table, and TV.
- The 27-square-meter covered terrace with: a barbecue and a large dining table.
Upstairs you’ll find:
- The 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, as well as a bedroom for 4 people with 2 single beds and a bunk bed that sleeps 2.
- A large separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
The cottage has its own separate entrance.
Parking in front of the cottages
My wife and I live next to the cottages, on the same property. We’ll be available at any time and will be happy to help you and answer your questions as needed. You can also enjoy complete privacy if you prefer.
Our garden, which features a playground with swings and a trampoline, as well as the pool, is accessible to you independently via a separate entrance and path, All set on 1 hectare of land, including meadows and orchards.
