Escape to this wonderful, lakefront 4-bedroom cottage in Gaylord. Situated on spring fed, clean and tranquil Dixon Lake. With 3 queen beds, 3 full beds (full over full bunk bed and full bed) and 2 pull out couches, this retreat offers a cozy space for guests to unwind. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, 4 kayaks, and a washing machine/dryer. Make yourself at home in this brilliant getaway, where relaxation awaits. Very close to golfing and skiing/snowboarding/snowmobiling! We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Had a beautiful stay at Sunrise Cottage. Gorgeous view from the deck, very quiet neighborhood. Property manager was great with communication and answered all of our questions promptly. Highly recommend.

House was setup to allow for a lot of family quality time. We were able to gather around the kitchen table and play games while those who didnt play were still able to be in same area. Lake was crystal clear and house sits on a cove off the main boat area, allowing kids to fully enjoy the kayaks and lilly pad. House was superbly stocked (spices, condiments, beach towels, etc). Location is great—5 minute drive to amenities of town, 1 hour from Mackinaw Island and less than 2 hours from Sleeping ear Sand Dunes. Owner was super helpful before and during the stay. Our whole family had a great time. Highly recommend this area and this house!!!

We had 3 baseball families staying together for a weekend tournament for our kiddos. This cottage on the lake was a perfect spot to relax, have a cookout, do some fishing, and enjoy time with our group of friends. Bonus was being 5 minutes from the ball fields! The cottage was clean, comfy, newly updated, and had great kitchen utensils. It was a perfect spot for us and we would definitely stay there again.
