Indulge in luxury at our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom River's Edge condo in Silverthorne. This stunning retreat boasts an expansive, covered deck with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing amidst breathtaking views of Buffalo and Red Mountain and the soothing sounds of the Blue River.
Inside, you'll find spacious living areas and modern amenities, all carefully designed to provide the ultimate mountain getaway. With the Blue River Trail just steps away, offering 225 feet of frontage on fly-fishing waters and easy access to Silverthorne's amenities, our condo is the perfect haven for those seeking adventure and relaxation.
Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed plus twin sleeper sofa
Please note there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit.
Parking is available in the 2-car garage for tandem parking. The garage is best for small vehicles.
We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
No pets are allowed at this property.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

We had such a fantastic stay at this Silverthorne condo! It was the perfect summer mountain getaway—peaceful, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. The location made it easy to get out and enjoy hiking trails, fishing, and exploring nearby towns, but it was just as nice to spend quiet time enjoying the fresh air and mountain views from the condo.One of the absolute highlights was the private hot tub—such a treat after a day of adventure. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed to feel at home. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience.If you’re looking for a relaxing yet adventure-filled Colorado summer getaway, this place is perfect. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great location, spacious property with 2 balconies close to everything! Our family had such a nice visit in Silverthorne. Management responsive and friendly, kitchen well stocked and amenities provided were just right.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was even nicer than the pictures show. The management company was very responsive when we had questions. The hot tub was very clean and nice. A great way to relax after a day of hiking. Great central location for hikes and activities in Summit County. River very close for fishing with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Great coffee shop nearby. We would definitely stay again.
