The space
This spacious home is all yours with a lot of amenities including WIFI, a private pool, and whirlpool spa, dine-in kitchen.
Our guests will have access to the state-of-the-art Oasis Club! This exclusive clubhouse features a resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river & splash park, a fully-equipped fitness center, a tiki bar, theater room, a restaurant & bar, and much more!
This villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms:
BEDROOMS DOWNSTAIRS:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, private bathroom with shower. With access to the pool. Flatscreen TV.
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom. Shares bathroom with living room. Flatscreen TV.
BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS:
- Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed, spa-inspired, private bathroom with shower and tub. Flatscreen TV.
- Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed ( Frozen). Sharing a bathroom.
- Bedroom 5: 2 twin beds (Star Wars). Sharing a bathroom.
Living area: spectacular open plan design with a double high ceiling which gives you the sensation of amplitude. It has been designed with colors that invite you to unwind and share good memories after a day at the parks. The dining area offers seating for 10 and you could add a piece to the dining table for more comfort. An additional 3 seats are offered at the kitchen island.
Entertainment: For those who love games and entertainment, we have an air hockey table, a football table and board games to keep everyone entertained.
Kitchen: it has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal for your family and friends. Coffee bar with tea.
Laundry: there is a full-size washer and drier, iron, and ironing board
Patio and pool: you could enjoy a furnished patio area where you can enjoy your meals. Also, you could find 2 loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine.
The pool and spa can be heated on request for an additional charge. The actual water temperature will vary according to weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
Pool heat is recommended over the winter and early spring. The pool Heater only works when the weather is above 55 degrees farenheit.Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill is available for additional fees (please send an inquiry for pricing).
Upon arrival, you will find an initial startup of supplies for your use (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. There is a hair dryer in each master room.
Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. During a long-term rental, a cleaning service must be done at the guest's expense.
Packages/ Online Shopping
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.

Hosts were so responsive and helpful. Property was as stunning as the listing makes it sound. 1000% recommend for families with kiddos or teens. Also great for groups of friends! Not too far from grocery stores or parks in Orlando! I’m missing vacation already!
