About this apartment rental
Our "Droom" guest room is approximately 22 square meters and accommodates 2 people.
It is located on the second floor (attic), faces southeast, and is accessible via a tiled stairwell and a wooden staircase.
The floor is covered with high-quality vinyl flooring.
The room is equipped with air conditioning. In the summer, it not only provides pleasant coolness but also maintains a dry environment during humid weather.
During the colder months, it functions as a space heater (heat pump).
ATTENTION: Some real realtors provide incorrect and misleading descriptions of this residence in several respects. These agents have been asked multiple times to correct their information, but this has not happened to date.
Furthermore, they display customer reviews that cannot possibly be accurate (even if they are very positive), because, for example, this room did not even exist as of the review date in 2017. And certainly, this information was not provided by the listing provider or landlord.
Therefore, as a precaution, here is the correction:
- This is a vacation room, not a vacation home, nor an apartment
- There is NO kitchen, NO cooking facilities
- Contrary to the agent’s description, dogs are allowed

The vacation room is primarily intended as a supplement to the Edzerdla vacation apartment.
In 1995, we completely renovated our former farm in the historic center of Drosendorf and converted all parts of the building into living spaces. The former residential building was completely rebuilt as a vacation home starting in 2014.
While its appearance and size are modeled after the original structure, this (nearly) passive house now features state-of-the-art technology and a high level of comfort.
There are now two vacation apartments and one vacation room available.
The air conditioning system is not only pleasant when outdoor temperatures are high; it also ensures a comfortable environment during the transitional months when the weather is damp by dehumidifying the indoor air.
The two vacation apartments on the first floor and the upper floor are similarly equipped, featuring central heating, internet access, and satellite TV (Astra). The guest room on the top floor is primarily intended as a possible extension to the booked “Edzerdla” vacation apartment on the 1st floor; it has its own bathroom (shower/toilet) but no cooking facilities.
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement. However, we ask for your understanding that pets may not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment.

Our rental rates are based on a minimum stay of 7 days. The rates include linens and final cleaning.
