Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, fishing possibilities 750 m. Nearby attractions: Menaggio, Como, Museo Barca Lariana-Pianello, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio, Monte Legnoncino. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. Access to the house for loading and unloading suitable only for small cars.

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment very much. We appreciated the comfortable size of the object and we were thrilled by the terrific view on Lago di Como from two terraces. The apartment is well-equipped, we found everything we needed. The hosts, Signor and Signora Magagni, are very friendly and helpful hosts who also gave valuable hints for trips and who knew a lot about the lake. Thank you very much! Gisela, Karin, Elisabeth

This was my first time to Lake Como and it was all I had hoped for and more. The house is in a wonderful location, away from the busiest areas but easy to reach the main towns all over the lake. The owners are SO LOVELY! All the reviews are true, they’re cosy and welcoming and make you feel right at home :) It’s 5 mins walk from the house to the lake, and there is a nice restaurant in walking distance, you need a torch for the return journey back at night. I will definitely be returning x

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönen Ausblicken über den See. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit Rosen und eigenen (köstlichen) Tomaten aus dem Garten begrüßt.

Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist Sauber und Ruhig, Die Aussicht auf den See ist herrlich. Sehr nette Vermieter die auch deutsch sprechen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter mit frischem Obst und Tomaten versorgt. Und wenn wir eine Information benötigten war er immer sehr hilfsbereit. Für uns war es nicht das letzte mal das wir da waren. Reisetipps: In der Wohnung liegen Sehr viele Broschüren und Karten mit allen möglichen Zielen. Wir waren zum wander und Biken da. Hierfür gibt es auch etliche Ziele für jeden Geschmack. Lohnenswert ist aufjedenfall val Codera und Val di Mello und natürlich viele andere.
