Our Home on Porters (Porters Road) is the perfect, 2-bedroom home away from home for travelling professionals or anyone who wants a bright, fresh place to hang their hat for a while as they enjoy the welcoming charm of Conception Bay South.
This apartment is bright, spacious, newly refreshed, and fully furnished. It includes:
• A queen bed in each bedroom with high-quality bedding and linens, and black-out blinds
• A newly renovated bathroom with a surround tub and shower,
• A full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, as well as pots, pans, utensils cups, glasses and dishes.
• Towels, a hair dryer, and an iron,
• Insuite washer and dryer
• Internet and all utilities,
• A back garden with a seating area and many colourful birdhouses, and
• Free parking for one vehicle, with an option for a second vehicle if approved.
• Pet Free, No Smoking
Here’s are some of the highlights of Porters’ unique and charming location. It’s:
• just a 15-minute drive to downtown St. John’s,
• just 50 metres from the CBS T’railway, which is perfect for biking, walking, or dipping your toes in the waters of Conception Bay, and
• close to both the CBS highway and the NL-2 Peacekeepers Way, which takes you to the Trans Canada Highway.
Starting at $2100 for a two week stay ($150/nt). Up to $2600 ($87/nt) for our monthly rate
