Perfect location, kind host and a beautiful place to stay! We truly enjoyed our 7 nights here. The bed is sooo comfy!
It's not so much "soundproof" - sometimes you can hear your neighbours or some loud car or some crazy birds :) Didn't really bother us.

The swimming pool although the area had to be shared with other occupants
The room was tiny but we knew that it was ok for the money we paid. The owner was smiling all the time but has been polite only apparently : he did not solve the problem we had with the mattress ( as we stayed 2 weeks ) and almost made fun of the trouble I had the back due to bed.
