Wake slowly. Sleep deeply. Every bedroom was crafted for comfort—with layered linens, blackout curtains, and just enough mountain charm.
The main level king suite features a fireplace and private bath with soaking tub, dual sinks, and a spa-like walk-in shower.
The lower level bunk room is custom-built for families, with a king + full bunk and direct access to the game room and a nearby full bath.
Bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, signature Public Goods products, and just enough counter space to spread out without clutter.
KITCHEN & DINING
The heart of the home is light-filled and mountain-facing. Whether you're making pancakes or cocktails, you'll find what you need—cookware, dishware, stainless appliances, and a generous island for prep or chatting with the chef.
The dining table seats 8 guests, while the breakfast bar offers seating for 4. The space flows seamlessly into the living room, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together by the fireplace.
GAME ROOM AND INDOOR POOL
Rain or shine, the lower level is designed for fun and relaxation. The game room is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, smart TV, and plenty of games, making it the perfect space for friendly competition or relaxing after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.
The indoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature relative to the ambient room temperature. For safety and to prevent humidity or mold issues, the pool temperature will not exceed 83°F. The pool is preheated and ready for guests upon arrival, though guests are not permitted to adjust the pool heater. We are always available should the heater require attention.
The spa/hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled between every guest stay to ensure a fresh experience. It is preheated to 100°F, and guests may adjust the temperature to their comfort level. However, we ask that the temperature not be set below 80°F, as lower temperatures may risk damaging the spa, especially during winter months.
Please note that the spa may not be fully heated by the 4 PM check-in time, as our team drains and refills it with fresh cold water prior to each stay. If this occurs, please allow a few hours for the spa to reach the desired temperature.
OUTDOOR LIVING
This is what you came for—mountain air, incredible views, and space to unwind. Morning mist rolls through the hills while golden hour paints the Smokies in warm light.

Most GPS systems will indicate that you’ve arrived when you reach the community pool area. Please continue driving up the mountain, as our cabin is the last home at the top.
The drive up the mountain includes a gradual incline, and some sections of the road do not have guardrails. This is typical for mountain communities in the Smokies. Please drive slowly and use caution, especially at night or during rainy weather.
Other Things to Note
Prior to arrival, guests must complete a pre-arrival form and provide a copy of a government-issued ID. By booking, guests agree to the rental conditions outlined in the house manual.
The property is equipped with Ring security cameras with audio capability located outside the home only. Cameras monitor the following exterior areas:
• Street in front of the home
• Property entrance
• Driveway
• Fire pit area
These cameras are for safety purposes only and do not record any interior spaces. Floodlights are motion-activated and may also trigger from wildlife common to the area.

This place gets better each day of your stay and Kelly was an amazing communicator. From waking up with the sunrise peaking over the mountains and drinking French Press Coffee in bed, to making memories around the table downstairs, this was a full experience without leaving the cabin!
The house’s luxurious scent welcomes you every time you walk in the door, and the comfort level of the bed along with the fire place in the master, makes for the coziest nights. The drive is incredibly intimidating, but be assured, it is worth the incredible view.
I appreciate the hostess abundant supply of towels, spices, entertainment, and extra amenities/additions that they didn’t have to supply. The pool is perfect for sitting and would be safe for younger children, but my 7 and 10 year old still really enjoyed splashing around. The pickleball court was a huge bonus.
In our ten day stay we never ran out of supplies and never got bored. We’ve stayed in a lot of places around America, but the family agreed this may be the overall favorite!

Very clean,and well stocked . Beautiful modern up to date interior . Loved the little extras like the soaps, pillows , bedding ect.. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Host only a text away and quick to respond.I would definitely highly recommend. .

Kelly and David are the best hosts we have ever had! We have traveled many place across multiple states and have never experienced the communication, thoughtfulness, or accommodation like we did when staying at their cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful and well taken care of. We will be planning a trip back in the future!
