The exclusive Guest Area for guests has two independent entrances for each room, hosting up to 4 people in total.
It is divided into two rooms, Nespolo and Ulivo, finely renovated together with a personal bathroom, and a small laundry area with washing machine.
The environment is air conditioned and equipped with linen.
Externally there is the kitchen area, also equipped with an ancient wood-burning oven, with everything necessary for conviviality.
The farmhouse has large equipped outdoor spaces and private internal parking.
It is a suitable place for walking or cycling along the Ciclovia Dell'Acqua, admiring beautiful landscapes, or for relaxing in the shade of centuries-old olive trees within our immense 7-hectare countryside.
