About this apartment rental
Beautifully decorated and furnished, fully remodeled, sunny and stylish, one bedroom suite located just across the street from the OOB beach. The suite has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, two burner cook top, coffee maker, toaster and all other basic necessities for your stay. This suite sleeps 6 with two full beds in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the living room. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!
Spend your Maine beach vacation in our modern fully renovated one bedroom suite! This unit is bright, stylish, comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located steps to the beautiful sand beach and a short walk to the Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.
The property is located across the street from the beach, a short 2-3 minute walk. We are also 0.3 miles from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.
This unit is located on the second floor (two sets of stairs).
We provide linens, bedding, bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, silverware, etc).
You can self-check into the unit using a code. It will be listed in the rental app under `check in` instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival.
Disney+, Hulu with Live TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi
Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise.
Guests have access to their own suite and the patio area immediately next to the unit.
We also have grills and picnic tables located next to the small building open for guest use. This space is shared with other guests.
We don’t provide beach toys or towels so please bring your own.
Please No smoking of any kind inside or near the front doors please.

Nice location and had a little porch to sit on at the end of the night. Some things could be improved and cleaning could’ve been a bit better having paid a cleaning fee. Overall I’d stay again and would suggest to others for size and location.

Nice and clean 1 bedroom suite that fit 6 people comfortably. Hosts were great and communicated fast any time we had a question. Easy check in and out process. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, beds comfy, sheets and towels were good quality. Keurig was wonderful and check-in and check out was a breeze. Loved being able to sit outside on porch in morning and have coffee and at night watch all the people.
