Things to Know
There is a backup generator if power goes out, 75% of the house is operational in the event power outage.
Snow plowing of the driveway is done when 6 inches of snow or more fall.
Paddle boards are available to take to the surrounding lakes.
For remote work, two monitors and a printer are on-site to make work easy.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home was very new, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals (and more!). Comfortable beds and bedding. Lots of bathrooms, which was great for a group. Can not recommend enough! Great value for the Northwoods.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was well stocked and we could get to the snowmobile trails easily. There were six of us and we had plenty of room.

Absolutely wonderful location, plenty of sleeping room and a really great place to come back to and relax after a day of snowmobiling. About a 1/4 mile from the bear trap/black oak inn, so dinner options were close to home.Very nice and tidy place, extra showers/bathrooms a big plus. Many amenities on site, including plenty of games if you’re bringing kids. Looking forward to bringing the family back up here in the summer for an atv trip!!
