Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in delightful Dallas

Beautiful 3 bedroom townhome in Dallas, had a cute outside area with lights. We only used Keurig. not cooking stuff so can't say much about kitchen, but had just a few utensils, not many forks or spoons, and few cups plenty of wine glasses though! Not near enough washcloths either - well each person was given ONE, but three towels each. No bath mat either in bathrooms. Weird. Nice, newer unit and spacious, but lacks in some needed items. Also barely enough toilet paper for a 24 hour period...we had to go buy some. That is unfortunate. There is a peacock that lives across the street which we found charming!

The house was well kept and our group had a great time.

Luxurious property.

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, our 22 & 20 year old daughters were in and out. We cooked several meals at the house and were working remotely out of the house during the week. The house itself was clean inside and pretty well equipped but, lacked the small details that make it much more user friendly it also does NOT have reliable wifi AT ALL!!! Only the very basics in the kitchen minus scissors, dish soap, hand soap, only 2 butter knives and food storage options. There were no hand towels, only small wash cloths and no bath mats but, plenty of towels. There is no coffee table or end tables in the den, no lamp, only overhead lighting. House and rooms are great sizes, beds & couch are comfy, and ok water pressure for showers. Management was very responsive and did send someone to fix some minor things in the house while we were there but, was not able to fix the wifi at all. There is a serious issue with trash in the entire neighborhood - both cans were spilling over when we got there and were full of maggots and the entire street is lined in trash - it is a VERY transitional neighborhood and does have homeless people living at the end of the street on both ends and in the surrounding blocks. There is a lot of construction on all the streets including the one this house is on which contributes to the insane amount of trash everywhere. The houses around this one are dilapidated, some uninhabitable. There are stray cats EVERYWHERE - smells awful outside!
