Welcome to our cozy and stylish 1-bedroom apartment, perfectly situated in the heart of Burlington, North Carolina. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our centrally located AirBnB offers convenience, comfort, and easy access to all that our "little" city has to offer just minutes from I40/85.
The McCauley House was built in 1920 as a single family home. From what we can tell the McCauley Family owned it for nearly 100 years and at some point in time they did a conversion to a 4-plex apartment building. We bought the building in 2022 and have worked hard to restore every room. in this apartment you will find 2 original fireplaces, 11' Ceilings and all of the modern amenities that you would expect to include a King Bed, Fully Stocked Kitchen and Large Soaking Tub. The apartment features High Speed Internet with an access point for ethernet and Smart TV's in both the living room and the bedroom.
The listing is made for 2 but we understand you may have children or a guest. Please register all additional children/guest and we are able to accommodate with an air mattress or pack and play if needed.

The main house has Smart Locks where all tenants will enjoy common space, laundry room and a great front porch seating area - this porch is the best spot in the house for watching storms! All apartments are rented as full units with two entrances/exits for safety and convenience.
We are not far from the property and we will be able to help if you were to need anything but we will not be stopping by or checking in unless you specifically needed something.
The McCauley House is a great central location not only in downtown Burlington but also to surrounding cities.

Located Walking Distance from the Apartment The Arboretum at Willowbrook Park features a wide, paved walking path that meanders the length of this 17-acre park. The arboretum is full of plant collections including daylilies, hostas, azaleas, roses, hydrangeas, camellias, wetland gardens and more.
Burlington City Park
Burlington City Park has one of the final Denzel Carousels. Ours has been fully restored and amazing. There is also a small park with rides and walking trails.
Haw River Trail
The Haw River Trail is currently open to the public are four recreational parks, 20 miles of hiking trails, approximately 40 miles of paddle trail, and 14 paddle accesses extending through Alamance County from Guilford County to the Alamance County-Orange County line.

There is a parking lot in the rear of the property for easy access in and out. One Parking spot per reservation. Please be respectful of other guests and park straight and not blocking anyone else in.
The apartment is ideally set up for 2 with a King Bed but if you were to have children or a 3rd guest we are happy to accommodate in advance with an air mattress or pack and play and linens to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed in the apartment at McCauley House while in town to play disc golf. The apartment is a beautifully renovated unit with so many thoughtful touches by the host! Everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again the next time we come down!

I stayed in the apartment over and Elon University event weekend and everything was just perfect. Highly recommend and we’ll plan on staying again!

The apartment was just as shown! Super cute and spacious! The only suggestion I have is to add a mirror in the bedroom so u can get ready while husband takes a shower. Other than that the place is lovely!!
