About this house rental
La Casita Turquesa is a cottage in the heart of Almuñécar’s old Moorish quarter.
Through the narrow, well-maintained streets, you can reach the town center, San Miguel Castle, and the town’s beaches in just a few minutes.
The many (tapas) bars and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away.
The cottage is compact but very cozy and stylishly furnished.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living area, dining area, and kitchen.
On the first floor is the bedroom with a comfortable bed and an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Back on the first floor, the back door leads to the patio, which in turn provides access to the stairs leading up to the jewel of the house: the rooftop terrace!
The view here is spectacular: the bay, the narrow streets of the town, and the mountains in the background.
There’s a lounge set under the pergola so you can relax here in comfort.
However, the view does have one small drawback: the house is perched high on the hill, which means you’ll need to be in decent shape and have strong legs.
Parking right next to the house isn’t possible, and it can sometimes be quite tricky in town—we’ll give you a few tips.
You can unload your luggage a few dozen meters away; we’ll be happy to help you.
Almuñécar is bustling all year round, with cultural and musical events, bars, restaurants—it’s a very charming town on the Costa Tropical.
