Enjoy your visit to London in this spacious and cosy home-away-from-home.
The house is minutes away from Sidcup Train Station and Sidcup Town Centre.
London Bridge Station is only 20-27 minutes train ride from Sidcup Train Station.
In Sidcup Town Centre you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars and restaurants.
There is a driveway with free parking for up to 2 cars.
The property is located in a residential area - STRICTLY NO PARTIES!
There are 4 bedrooms in the property, an open living, dining area overlooking the beautiful back garden and a modern kitchen.
All bedrooms are on the first floor of the house:
Master bedroom - has a super king bed, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2,3 and - 4 has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a clothes storage.
Master bathroom - on the first floor, has a bathtub and has a modern design.
On the ground floor you will find:
The Kitchen - with all amenities and appliances you may need to cook a delicious meal. This includes amenities like the oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and much more
Living area - cosy sofas which should comfortably accommodate every guest, a smart TV
Open plan kitchen and dining area - with a dining table and chairs
Garden - a spacious green space
Parking: a big driveway that can comfortably fit 2 cars
NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Guests will have access to all of the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The house was in the perfect location.

The property was wonderful and our group of 5 loved it! I have just one concern: there was not much cutlery there and so we bought plastic ware and even cooked with that.We weren’t there to watch TV but the one day we tried to turn on the tv it didn’t work out.Otherwise, we slept great, we were warm when it was cold outside. We would 100% stay there again and the walk to the train station is 3-4 min tops. We appreciated that the grocery store was at the end of the street…3 min walk tops with plenty of pubs and eateries in walking distance.This property is top notch!
