The Bonsoir Building is a 2024 renovation of a certified historic Warehouse District mansion with classic New Orleans charm. This building dates back to pre-1876 when it was first used as a residence, but has been home to a number of uses over its 150+ years of life! Our reimagination of this building restores its historic splendor with all the modern amenities you would expect in 2024, but with sultry and fun twists in every unit.

Our 3 bedroom units features a king size beds in each bedroom, a king size pull out sofa in the living area, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two full bathrooms, one ensuite and the other is accessible through the living area of the unit. As our guest, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, high-speed wifi, incredibly comfortable beds, smart TVs in each room, and a spacious living area for relaxing, entertaining, and remote working.
Parking
Paid parking available less than a block from Bonsoir at 601 Carondelet Street. Rates typically $45/day and in-out privileges offered.
Additional parking available at 620 O'Keefe Avenue. Rates typically $45/day and in-out privileges offered.

Overall, a clean room, nice beds and great location. There was construction going on most of the days we were there, which woke us up every morning and was annyoing in the afternoon. I believe the same owners were building additional apartments. There was also an odd burnt pizza smell in the hallway, which we ultimately got used to. But, the oven breaker flipped if you tried to run the oven at 425,which makes me question the wiring. I would stay again. Probably more of an ok with the construction, but I assume that will end in the coming months.

Vrbo very nicely equipped and clean. Great stay for 4 days. Keypad at exterior door could be better. Buttons took many times to press.Loved the stay otherwise.
