The Residence Créolia is a haven of peace and comfort located 700m from the ocean, 10 minutes from Kribi center, 15 minutes from the Kribi Golf Course, 20 minutes from the Lobé or Londji falls. It was inaugurated in July 2024.
This 3-room apartment of 104 m2 opens onto a panoramic terrace of 31 m2 overlooking the garden equipped with a secure above-ground swimming pool. The large living room of 34 m2 has a living room with TV and Canal+ decoder and a large dining room. Separate modern fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The house is self-sufficient in electricity (generator) and water (borehole, water tower, booster).
24-hour security (2 guards, a gatehouse at the entrance) and secure site: 3 to 4m high fence, blackout metal gate, grills on all doors and windows.
Staff available on request with supplement for:
- washing, drying and ironing of laundry;
- cleaning during your stay;
- car shuttles to the bus station, beaches, golf, Lobé Falls...
