I love the cute shape of the cottage and the beautiful color it was painted. It was my first time to stay in Topanga Canyon so it was a wonderful experience.
Not much I can say that I did not like about it only that the road takes a little bit of Care to get up the driveway from the main road and you have to go very slow if you have a low riding car, but that really wasn’t a sacrifice

It was very serene and peaceful
No key provided. Bugs in the shower, and the heater was making popping noises when plugged in the outlet, ended up moving it to the outlet near the refrigerator and it was OK afterwards but it was freezing half the night because the window door on the side doesn’t shut properly. Other than those issues, it was a very quiet and peaceful stay.

The property is super cute. Loved the trail right outside the bedroom window, the views were great. No AC but all windows open and it has a box fan. No heat but includes a small space heater. Small bathroom with shower is a short walk away. No TV, no microwave, and no fridge. There is no cell service in the area but there is WiFi at the cabin. Bring a laptop if you plan to watch anything. I used my Nintendo Switch to watch Hulu and brought some snacks. All in all we had a great stay!
It was very hard to find my cabin the first night. Their system failed and I never received my instructions to find it, and we arrived at night as we were traveling. We couldn’t find it and had no service out there and ended up going to get a room in Calabasas. Finally talked to the owner of the cabin the next morning and he gave me the instructions so we went back and found it. Owner was very nice but I didn’t get refunded for first night even thought he told me he would.
