The appartment was excellent. It had everything you need for a longer stay in Dubai. The location was perfect to get to various locations; Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, JBR beach, The Palm. We rented a car and had our own parking spot. There are taxis in front of the establishment and if not the concierge of the building can arrange one. The building is very new and there are still some constructions going in but that didn’t bother us as much. There is a supermarket closeby called FM hypermarket. Overall, highly recommend staying at this appartment. And we will definitely stay here again in the future.
