Bed was more orthopaedic, a topper would go a long way in improving comfort. Water pressure in the bath was really a pain 😢 The courteousness vanished on requesting a late check out by an hour and a threat of 50% fee per hour. Courteous should be consistent to the very end. The kitchen cabins were filled with dust. Much as guests may take long to check them out or use them, keeping them clean should be an acceptable task to the house cleaning team. And lastly, being held 'hostage' by not opening the gate for me until the staff inspect the place for damages was the first of a kind as a regular booking.com client. May be the type of clients at their property are vandals. I think there's a better approach to this than making a client feel judged or treated as a suspected criminal for giving you business. If you asked if I would go back again, likely not but the review is meant to help improve the place and I hope other clients will have a better experience.

The place was beautiful and spacious the rooms had Netflix 😄 for 110k that was a steal

Acess it’s next to the main road and with all the amenities with in 19 minute walk. Very reasonable cost for the comfortable rooms at 35$ per day or 110,000 shs. Washing facilities and a stocked kitchen inside each apartment. Bath essentials provided and welcome coffee, tea and cookies. High speed internet and balcony seats are provided. Very comfortable and cleaned everyday electronic entry
