High up on the top floor of a timelessly Hausmannian residential building, this south-facing two-bedroom home pays homage to classic Parisian living. With its baroque décor and large, sunny terrace, immerse yourself in natural light and elegance in the 8th arrondissement.
LIVING & DINING AREA
A vibrant palette of reds and pinks are in full force in the living room, where ornate soft furnishings and décor abound: an expansive gilded mirror, an elaborate mantel clock, several elegant pink armchairs – all are in attendance here. Anchored by a beautiful Persian rug and illuminated by the full-height window, this room offers the perfect opportunity to lounge in style. Access the expansive terrace from here, featuring a small table perfect for a morning coffee and people-watching from on high.

In an example of the French reverence for efficient cooking in functional spaces, this space eschews grandiosity for practicality. The apartment was very comfortable for three adults. However, the carpeted areas were very very dirty and noticeably spotted, living room upholstery worn. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils for meal prep but the cabinets pots dishes and flatware needed to be washed before our first time use. the bedding and towel selection was fine. However for a two week stay, a housekeeper should have changed out bedding and towels. We needed to wash and air dry the towels ourselves. (In other rentals of this length, after 7 days, a housekeeper did that provided by agency and considering we paid a cleaning fee, we should have received such. Overall, the location was extremely convenient and we enjoyed stay.
